Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Wholesome Labs Affiliate Program. By applying, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility & enrollment

  • You must be at least 21 and able to enter contracts.
  • Every application is reviewed and approved by hand; we may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion.
  • Provide accurate identity, contact, tax, and payout details and keep them current.

2. Commissions & customer discount

  • 15% on a referred customer’s first order; 10% on their orders after that (we credit you for customers you bring in).
  • Customers using your code get 10% off.
  • Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after any discount, excluding shipping and tax.
  • Attribution is by your referral link (30-day cookie) and your discount code.
  • Your own purchases, and orders later refunded, cancelled, or charged back, are not commissionable.

3. Research-use-only marketing (required)

Wholesome Labs products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. In every promotion you must present them that way and consistent with our Research Use Disclaimer. You must not state or imply the products are for human or animal use; must not make or imply any health, medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, performance, diagnostic, treatment, cure, prevention, or dosing claim; and must not use testimonials, before/after content, or imagery that implies use. Use only the product names and descriptions we publish. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask before publishing.

4. Disclosure (required)

Clearly and conspicuously disclose your paid relationship with Wholesome Labs on every promotion — for example "#ad" or "Affiliate" — where your audience will see it. This is required by the FTC and by us.

5. Prohibited methods

  • No bidding on "Wholesome Labs," our trademarks, or close variants in paid search, and no using them in ad display URLs.
  • No domains, handles, or app names containing our brand or confusingly similar terms.
  • No spam or violations of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or platform rules.
  • No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or deceptive tracking.
  • No coupon, deal, or cashback sites without our prior written approval.
  • No self-referrals or buying through your own link or code for commission.
  • Do not represent yourself as Wholesome Labs or as authorized to speak for us.
  • No targeting minors; no false or misleading claims.

6. Trademarks & creative

We grant a limited, revocable license to use the Wholesome Labs name and the logos, images, and copy we provide, solely to promote us under these terms. Do not alter the logo, create derivative marks, or use our assets after the relationship ends.

7. Payouts

  • Paid monthly, after a 30-day hold covering refund and chargeback windows.
  • By bank transfer, Venmo, or crypto (USDT/BTC) — your choice. We do not pay via PayPal.
  • Minimum payout $50; smaller balances roll to the next month.
  • Commissions on refunded, cancelled, or charged-back orders are reversed.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes; U.S. affiliates provide a W-9, and we issue a 1099 where required.

8. Term, termination & compliance

Either party may end participation at any time with notice. We may suspend or terminate you immediately, and withhold or forfeit unpaid commissions, for fraud, self-dealing, or violation of the research-use, disclosure, or prohibited-methods rules. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws (including the FTC Act, FDA/FD&C Act, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA), and you agree to indemnify and hold Wholesome Labs harmless from any claim arising out of your promotions or conduct, including any claim you make about the products. You participate as an independent contractor; nothing here creates employment, agency, or partnership.

Quick do / don’t

Do: call them "for laboratory research use only," link to the product and its Certificate of Analysis, disclose that you’re an affiliate, and use our images and names as published.
Don’t: say or hint they’re for people or animals to take, mention benefits, results, dosing, or conditions, post testimonials or before/afters, run ads on our brand name, or use deal/coupon sites without approval.
