Where can I find documentation?
On the product page for the item itself, and collected together in the COA Library. Both link to the same file.
How are products labeled?
Labeling identifies the product, the amount supplied and the lot it belongs to, and carries the research-use designation.
How does shipping work?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm MST on a business day ship the same day; orders placed after the cut-off ship the next business day. Tracking details are emailed when an order is dispatched and are also shown in your account.
How do I contact support?
