This policy covers how we process and dispatch orders.
Delivery addresses
We ship to street addresses only and cannot deliver to a PO Box. Orders entered with a PO Box address cannot be completed at checkout. Please provide a street address where the order can be received.
Processing times
Orders placed before 2:00 pm MST on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after the 2:00 pm cut-off, or on weekends and holidays, are shipped the next business day.
Destinations
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and orders cannot be placed for delivery outside the United States.

We respect federal, state, and city laws. Our shipping restrictions are detailed in the footer below and are automatically updated by WAAVE Compliance.
Shipping methods and costs
All orders ship with free Standard Ground Shipping on every U.S. order, whatever the size. Delivery usually takes two to four days from dispatch, depending on where in the country you are. Need it sooner? Expedited Shipping is available at checkout for a flat $14.99.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed once an order is dispatched, and are also shown in your account under Orders.
Delivery issues
If a package has not arrived within a week of dispatch, please tell us. Email hello@wholesomelabs.co with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.
Incorrect addresses
If a package comes back to us because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, we will try to reach you by email or phone to confirm a correct address. Reshipping is charged at a flat $9.99 fee.
