We believe product information should be clear, documentation should be easy to find, and the purchasing experience should feel calm, organized and professional. The standards below describe how we work, not what any product does.
A QR code on every label
Every vial label carries a QR code that opens the COA Library. The record can be checked from the vial in hand, with no account and no request form.
Lot-level transparency
Documentation is presented against the specific lot it relates to, so a record is never presented as a blanket statement about every batch.
7x advanced testing
Every batch is tested against our 7x panel — identity verification, potency, purity, endotoxin, yeast & mold, residual solvents, and heavy metals — before release, and the full results are published on the COA for that lot rather than summarized into a single figure.
Clear research-use boundaries
Every product is offered for laboratory research purposes only and is not for human consumption. We do not publish usage guidance, and we do not describe products in terms of effects.
Support and communication
Questions about an order, a document or an account are answered by email by a person. If we cannot confirm something, we will say that rather than guess.
A COA with every product
Every product is published with its own certificate of analysis, linked on the product page and listed in the COA Library. Lot number, testing laboratory, test date and reported result appear in the same order every time.
Common questions about our standards
What does "research use only" mean here?
It means the products in this catalog are supplied for laboratory research purposes and are not for human consumption. That designation applies to every product we list, and it is why we do not publish usage guidance of any kind.
Do you make claims about what these products do?
No. We describe what a product is, the amount supplied, its form, and what documentation exists for it. We do not describe outcomes, effects or applications.
What documentation do you publish?
Where a certificate of analysis or comparable record has been released for a lot and cleared for publication, we link it on the product page and list it in the COA Library. Anything not yet published is shown as not published rather than left ambiguous.
